Military Conscription

INFORMATION REGARDING PERMANENT STAY ABROAD OF PERSONS HOLDING DUAL CITIZENSHIP LIABLE TO DO COMPULSORY MILITARY SERVICE

Persons liable to do compulsory military service, who in addition to citizenship of Serbia and Montenegro, have also British or Irish citizenship, have to submit through this Embassy the documents regarding their dual citizenship to the appropriate municipal department for military service. The following documents are requred:

> certificate regarding foreign citizenship with translation or a copy of foreign passport

Persons holding dual citizenship permanently residing in Great britan or Ireland can do military service at their own request.
